Lockdown Makes! What do we mean by that phrase?
The things you have been crafting!
Many of you have been extremely busy helping yourself to keep occupied and sane by making lots of projects with yarns purchased from our store.
We would like to see them!
If you want to send us a photo, please email it to thegirls@thespottedsheep.co.uk
You may or may not want to have your name visible. Just let us know!
Caroline has made a
Crocheted Unicorn Head
Using The Spotted Sheep’s pattern, but she has used bright rainbow colours and added a very topical rainbow.
It is now proudly positioned on her gatepost and bring smiles to everyone who drives or walks past her house – children especially love it!
If you would like to make one you can buy the pattern here
This gorgeous little cardigan has been made by
Jenny using one of the new Stylecraft summer yarns – Regatta.
It is now know as the ‘Sweetie Jumper’, because of the buttons, even though it’s a cardi!
You can buy this new yarn here!
These are all the same pattern, isn’t it amazing how different each one looks!
Just follow the link above for the pattern
and Sirdar Jewelspun is available here
These are Nicky’s Crocheted Weekend Sweaters. The first is in Sirdar Jewelspun Aran and the second is in King Cole Comfort Aran Denim, complete with flower embellishments. Nicky said she had to make a second, as she was wearing the first all the time! However, you can see she loved it even more than that! Nicky then made a 3rd, and added a Pompom trim to this jumper. It is actually black, but she’s not sure why it looks grey! Then again, we are living in extraordinary times! Love the fabulous job she’s done, especially the personalised touches.
And now for something different!
Freddie Mercury
Made using Stylecraft Special dk, and what’s better, we stock every colour!
Crocheted by Nicola in Stylecraft Special dk, for a friend in the US, however he’s in lockdown too until it’s safe for him to travel!
