How about learning to add cables and bobbles to your projects? They look incredibly complicated (and super impressive!) but you can learn these techniques in just 1 workshop, and then be confident to make items like these!
Bring along own yarn and needles (or buy the aran yarn, bring your needles and get a free pattern to make a cabled headband – as shown here)
