6 Wonderful tea cosies to knit, including a super warm traditional design, all in double knit!

The patterns include a plain stocking stitch cosy, complete with it’s own little pompom. A veritable hat to keep your brew hot!

Fancy a ribbed design?    There are 2 ribbed designs!    1 of these is shaped to fit a teapot, whilst the other is knitted sideways and is pulled together at the top with a cute drawstring top, complete with pompoms,(if you wish!) on the ends. This second one is easy to knit in different colours, and as it is knit sideways, the stripes will be upright!   It is also fabulous if you want it to match your kitchen, dining room or just your favourite colours, and is perfect for using up your oddments too…

If you like your stripes to go around the teapot, there’s even a design for that, with just a little added interest to it.

Bobbles, blackberry stitch, or whatever you like to call it, is fabulous for keeping things warm due to the thickness of weave the yarn makes when knitted, so what better to use to keep your pot of tea ready for you!
