Rico 1173 Crocheted Granny Square Blanket and Ball Pattern

This crochet pattern will enable you to make a ‘Granny Square’ blanket and also a matching toy ball made up of crocheted pentagons. It has been made using Rico Cotton Soft yarn, but can be made in any double knit yarn.

Alternative Colour choices, just to give you an idea for different ways to make this!

Pink Based… 1 ball each of 18 White,76 Yellow, 77 Azalea, 69 Coconut and 32 Azalea/Yellow which is mixture of all these colours.

Blue Based… 1 ball each of 58 Natural, 69 Coconut, 79 Blue, 80 Teal and 33 which is a Blue/Teal variegated mix.

You will also require a 3mm hook, toy stuffing and a bell to insert, (optional) for the ball, and a 3.5mm Hook for the blanket.
