Ask any Rowan fan for their favourite yarn and there’s a good chance they will say Felted Tweed.

This yarn has a lightness to it, and as a longtime Rowan fan this is definitely my favourite dk yarn.

Why? Because I love the way it feels when you work with it, I love the colours – all beautifully muted, high end colours that are not flat as the Felted tweed finish comes from the addition of flecks of gently coordinating colours in the same ball of yarn that give the colours even more richness and depth.

The finished garment doesn’t disappoint and will look equally good for years to come.

Each 50g ball is made from 50% wool, 25% alpaca and 25% viscose and has a brilliant 175m / 191 yds

It is machine washable at 30degrees
