Union Flag Knitted Cushion and ‘Congratulations’ Bunting

Do you fancy making a Union Flag Knitted Cushion or some ‘Congratulations’ Bunting?

This pattern has both!

The cushion utilises a graph for the pattern, which is easier than many people think!

The cushion measures 22 x 13 3/4″  (56 x 35cm) and uses Double knitting wool and would be perfect in James C Brett Double Knitting wool as the colours are ideal and the yarn is soft yet machine washable. You will require 1 ball of each colour to make the cushion.

The letters for the bunting are 4 1/4″ (11cm) tall and are knitted in garter stitch, to make them quick to knit.   This could also be made using the James Brett Double Knit, or even Stylecraft Special Knit. This will also need 1 ball of each colour to make the bunting.
