The last 15 months have brought many unforeseen difficulties and challenges for us all and like many other people we have assessed and re-evaluated our lives.
As many of you are aware, Sheila moved down from Lancashire for us to open the shop and can you believe it, that was almost 6 years ago!
This extended period of time has sadly meant that Sheila has had very little time with her family, as have many others.
So, as a result, we have made the difficult decision to relocate the Spotted Sheep to Ramsbottom in Lancashire – exact details will follow when the paperwork is completed with our new shop.
The sad part of this is that we will not be keeping the current shop open and it will close on Saturday 31st July 2021.
This has been a very difficult decision as we have met so many lovely people and made many new friends and have grown attached to our customers and leaving will be exceptionally emotional.
Unfortunately this means that we will not be able to resume workshops, and all those of you that have booked will have the option to spend the amount paid in the shop on woolly supplies or a full refund will be given if preferred.
Please contact us if you have not received a refund as we have had no reply from some.
We are sorry that this news will probably have come as a shock, but we very much hope that you understand our reasons for taking this decision.
Your support, fun and laughter has been much appreciated over the last (almost) 6 years and we will miss it enormously.
What’s happening with the shop?
Sheila & Jacqui xx
We would like to take this opportunity to say a
massive thank you to everyone who has continued to support us this year, through shopping in store, Click & Collect and postal orders, your support means that we are still here, if not in Leighton Buzzard, we are still on the end of the telephone and of course, online!
We too have made a conscious effort to support the little independent businesses, so wherever you live and wherever you can, please buy locally and ensure that going forward our towns and High Streets stay alive, diverse and bustling with life, variety and specialised knowledge.
