Queensland yarns are a new supplier to The Spotted Sheep.
As you can imagine from the name, they are an Australian company and have an eclectic collection of yarns taking inspiration from The Outback & aboriginal peoples.
The only yarn we stock at present from Queensland is called
Perth
This is primarily designed as a self-striping sock yarn, although it can be used to make the most fabulous 4 Ply garments and Shawls. Each 100g ball has 400 metres with a composition of 80% Superwash Wool and 20% Nylon, giving warmth and strength.
